Shipping And Returns

Where we Deliver

We will deliver to most addresses Australia-Wide but do not post internationally.
There may be times where we cannot provide delivery to you and will contact you in these circumstances.

How we Deliver

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping supplier and also local couriers. Delivery is generally from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday. You may be able to collect your parcel from local delivery points on Saturdays where applicable.
We endeavor to post same or next-business day for all orders. Parcels are generally delivered between 1-5 working days depending upon location.

Please note that during peak periods (Easter, Christmas etc) delivery time may take longer.

For larger deliveries, Australia Post may contact you by the details you list to collect the item from the local post office. Your items may at times come in separate packages at separate times - though we will try to bundle everything together when possible.

Cost of Delivery

We dislike paying high postage-fees and we assume our customers do as well.
On top of our $10 shipping special - we also offer an Australia post rate with a small fee added to cover postage. materials and handling.
Please note that $10 shipping may not be available to all areas and we will contact you if there are any issues.

For an estimate on delivery cost - add the items you would like to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout.
You will be able to receive a quote before order confirmation and any payment deduction.

Delivery Acceptance

As with standard deliveries - all parcels must be signed by a resident at the postage address. Anyone who resides at the delivery address is presumed to be able to sign for the order

Delivery Problems

If you haven't received your parcel within a standard week (5 working days). Please contact our customer service and if possible reference your Order Number. We will do our best to locate your package and find out where it has gone.
We will provide shipping estimates where possible but are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.

Delivery Updates

If you accidentally include the incorrect address on your order - please contact us as quickly as possible (customer service) so we can update the address for the parcel. Any items shipped to the (incorrect) address marked on the parcel rely upon the goodwill of the receiver to return to sender.


Faulty / Incorrect items

We know how frustrating it is to receive your new gift to only find out it's wrong or faulty.
To help - we will cover any return shipping costs and either replace or refund your item (depending upon request and stock availability).

Returns must be provided within a reasonable amount of time.

For refunds - we will credit your original payment method once we have received the returned item.

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns on any item. Please note that you will have to pay for the return shipping.
The item must be unopened, returned with all tags and stickers in place. Packaging must not be damaged upon receipt.
Any items must be unused and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Due to health restrictions, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for underwear, swimwear or similar.

We also provide refunds on change of mind returns given the above conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
